You will love the kitchen island for food prep and there is even a nearby wine refrigerator and hutch. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal and you can easily accommodate family or friends with the dinette and added seating space at the island. You will appreciate the twin recliners for watching a movie, and the sofa is also a great place for kicking back and relaxing to enjoy the 39" TV and fireplace with a good book. The half bath is convenient and easily accessible opposite the entrance, and you don't have to share your private master bath up front if you don't want to.
